The Mount Sinai-Behavioral Health Center is the only facility of its kind—serving the full spectrum of patient needs including mental health, substance use disorders, physical health care services, and social service needs. We are transforming the patient experience through seamless coordination of these services so that patients can focus on their recovery. Every detail of our new state-of-the-art facility and our model of care supports our mission.
We are located in the Lower East Side neighborhood of New York City on Rivington Street between Forsyth Street and Eldridge Street. Our facility is easily accessible by both car and public transportation.
Getting Here by Car
The Center is located off of Exit 5 on the FDR Drive. Our facility is also a short drive from the Holland Tunnel, the Brooklyn Bridge, and the Williamsburg Bridge.

In addition to street parking, there are five parking garages located within a quarter mile radius of the facility.
