Planning Your Visit
Mount Sinai Queens welcomes visitors from 10 am to 8 pm. For the safety of other patients and of our staff, please limit the number of visitors to one per day. Children under 12 need permission of the patient's nurse to visit. Check with the patient's nurse if you need any special visiting arrangements. We will do our best to accommodate you while respecting the needs of other patients who may be sharing the room.
Visitors will be greeted by security staff in the Hospital Lobby. You will be asked whom you are visiting. Our goal is to provide a safe and healing environment.
