  • Academic Student Affairs

    Find the most up-to-date and comprehensive information regarding student news, activities, opportunities, and resources. If you wish to obtain assistance for a particular concern/event, you are welcome to visit the Office of Student Affairs (Annenberg Building 13th Floor, 13-30) for assistance or referral.

  • Student Handbook

    All areas covered in the Student Handbook are subject to change. An institutional procedure for review is in place. There is continuous updating and revision done through this procedure. There is no guarantee that policies in place at the time of entry into the program will remain in effect throughout the four years of medical education.

  • Student Government

    Student Council represents the medical school, the graduate school, the genetic counseling program, and the Medical Scientist Training Program (MSTP) and works to improve all aspects of student life. Student Council meets once a month to discuss ideas and promote new projects.

  • Ombuds Office

    We offer an informal setting for postdoctoral, graduate, and medical students, faculty, and house staff to discuss issues arising in their academic, professional, or personal lives. The service is free, and our office is committed to ensuring a confidential and impartial atmosphere for anyone needing to talk, resolve conflicts, or find alternative help with solving a problem.

  • Graduate School Student Handbook

    All areas covered in the Graduate Student Handbook are subject to change. Throughout the academic year there is continuous updating and revision to the Handbook. Policies and procedures will be updated on the web version of the Handbook; however, the print version of the Handbook only appears once a year in August.
