The Mount Sinai Medical Center's Transfer Service assists outside physicians in the process of sending their patients to our hospital for continued care. The service provides doctors with person-to-person interaction, affording them an opportunity to speak with Mount Sinai and coordinate a seamless transition of patient information.

Under the guidance of Director Linda Fausto and Associate Director Ken Brower, the Transfer Service is devoted to meeting both doctor and patient needs, from initial consultation to the actual patient transfer.
