Physician Access Services affords referring doctors and institutions greater access to The Mount Sinai Medical Center. We offer around the clock access to help coordinate appointments and transfers while providing timely updates.

Physician Access Services is thus designed to help referring doctors and their patients and families manage care at Mount Sinai. The Services offer an access point and provide better navigation to those who may be unfamiliar with the staff and treatments at The Mount Sinai Medical Center.

Director Ronda Gross and Managers Carol Seebrooks and Liesl Hall connect referring doctors with other physicians at Mount Sinai, in addition to facilitating patient transfers, admissions, and appointments. We are in constant communication with families throughout a patient’s stay, and work hard to keep referring doctors abreast of all conditions. Dedicated to monitoring patients both during their stay and after discharge, Physician Access Services assists external doctors in delivering the best possible care to each and every patient.
