With Convenient Care, you can use your phone, tablet, or computer to connect with a Mount Sinai doctor through online consultation, video visit, or text. Discuss your symptoms and next steps, including any needed prescriptions. You’ll find our Digital Tools and Resources make finding a doctor and getting care easier.
If you want to schedule an in-person appointment with a primary care doctor or specialist, use MyMountSinai, our secure online portal. We also offer Virtual Primary Care for many types of visits. For help deciding which type of visit is best for you, text us, and our care team will quickly guide you.
Urgent Care
For non-life-threatening injuries or illnesses—from fractures to ear infections—we offer many choices to get care. For in-person attention, walk-in urgent care is available at locations throughout New York City. If you prefer virtual urgent care, our providers are available for online consultation.
