Before Your Visit

In order to make your experience as pleasant and efficient as possible, we encourage you to arrive at your appointment 15 minutes prior to complete the registration process, or check in for your visit on MyMountSinai beforehand if available. Please make sure to bring: a government photo ID, your insurance card, your referring physician’s contact information, medical records from former physicians, if requested by the practice, and a list of current medications.

Insurance Information

Mount Sinai Doctors physicians participate in most insurance plans. However, before scheduling an appointment with any particular physician, please contact their office and/or your insurance company to ensure that your insurance is accepted and to discuss any charges that your insurance plan may not cover. Learn More
