Mount Sinai Health System announced Wednesday that it's expanding its medical care for older adults by opening the Martha Stewart Center for Living at Mount Sinai-Union Square. The Union Square center is designed to serve as a one-stop shop for patients and caregivers that allows older adults to better age in place. "It's a model we know works, decreasing unwanted emergency room visits and improving wellness, as seen in our uptown Center for Living," said Jeremy Boal, MD, executive vice president and chief medical officer of the Mount Sinai Health System . "I am grateful to Martha for her commitment and proud to offer this new facility to our communities."
