Road Map for Action 2023 Annual Report

Mount Sinai developed the Road Map for Action to Address Racism in 2020 in the wake of the murder of George Floyd as a part of its response to the urgent need to address systemic racism and promote equity in health care. The goal is create a health care system and medical education institution that is free from racial bias and discrimination, where all patients receive equitable care regardless of their race, ethnicity, or background. The inaugural annual report shares the Health System’s progress toward achieving this goal and demonstrates Mount Sinai’s continued commitment to this important work.
