Father Impressed by Mount Sinai’s COVID-19 Precautions

“The thought of heading to Mount Sinai for an appointment for my son Connor during the world’s new post-COVID-19 reality certainly had us concerned. When we called to schedule the appointment, the staff at Mount Sinai Kravis Children’s Hospital and the office of Dr. Robert Pass explained the safety measures that were being taken. Attention to maintaining social distancing, temperature checks for patients and accompanying family member, staff and patients wearing masks, ensuring the exam rooms were cleaned well between patients and spacing appointments out so less people would be in the waiting room were some of the safety measures we spoke about and saw firsthand at Connor’s appointment.  From our arrival at the hospital through the end of our appointment with Dr. Pass, Connor and I felt safe and very well looked after. Overall, the appointment went great! Many thanks to Dr. Pass and all the staff at Mount Sinai for all the hard work they are doing to keep us all safe!”
