About Our Practice

At Internal Medicine Associates (IMA), we put you at the center of your care. Whether you are seeking preventive medicine to keep you well, need help managing a chronic condition like diabetes or high blood pressure, or aren’t feeling well and want to be seen by a doctor, affordable, high quality care is available at IMA. No one will be denied services based on inability to pay and discounts are available based on family size and income.

Recently, we made a few changes in how we operate to enhance your experience at IMA. The staff at IMA is now divided into nine health care teams: Red, Orange, Yellow, Green, Purple, Pink, Purple, Grey, and Brown. Each team includes doctors, nurse practitioners, nurses, medical assistants, social workers, clerical staff and others. Patients are assigned to one team and your team will be there to help you with all your medical needs. You will see a member of your team each and every time you come for a visit, which means you will get the most out of your care at IMA.

We ask that you call ahead for follow-ups and urgent appointments before coming in to the practice. This will allow for your health care team to better prepare for your visit and make it a smoother experience for you.

Finally, should you need any medical form filled out, we ask that you give us seven days to complete these forms, including:
