Our office is conveniently located near the 2,3,4,5,R, and F subway lines and just across the street from Borough Hall .
We schedule appointments in advance and accept walk-ins. You can conveniently set an in-person or virtual appointment 24/7 by using the Find A Doctor option or the MyMountSinai app. To schedule by text message, text “Hello” to 474-624 Monday through Friday between 9 am and 5 pm. You will be redirected to a secure chat portal so you can make an appointment without a phone call.
We offer the following primary care and specialty care services:
We ask new patients to arrive 15 minutes early and bring complete paperwork, photo ID, and insurance card. Established patients must bring a current insurance card.
