The board-certified physicians at Mount Sinai Queens-Family Health are dedicated to the long-term health and well-being of our neighborhood. The medical practice, comprised of primary care physicians and specialists, delivers comprehensive, coordinated care that addresses all of a patient’s health care needs. We offer a wide range of patient-centered services that includes an array of specialties, as well as an onsite social worker to assist with connecting patients to additional health care needs.

In addition to treating sick patients, our doctors focus on preventive medicine, conducting thorough annual physicals and routine screenings to ensure the ongoing health of our patients.

To accommodate our diverse patient population, we use a customized tablet that gives our staff access to all languages, including sign language. We also offer convenient office hours that include evening appointment availability.
