The Mount Sinai Hospital has several shops, cafeterias, and accommodations conveniently located on campus for patients, their families, and other visitors. Our dining options include:

• Plaza Cafeteria: Guggenheim Pavilion, First Floor Atrium, serves a large selection of hot and cold dishes, including kosher food. Hours: Monday through Friday, 6:30 am to 7:30 pm, Saturday/Sunday and Holidays, 7:00 am to 3:00 pm.
• Starbucks Coffee Bar: Annenberg Building, West Lobby, serves Starbucks coffee and an assortment of breakfast pastries. Hours: Monday through Friday, 6:30 am to 6:30 pm. Saturday/Sunday and Holidays, 7:00 am to 6:30 pm.
• Center for Science and Medicine Cafe: Hess Building, Main Lobby, serves hot and cold specialty sandwiches and shaker salads made to order. Hours: Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 2:00 pm.
• Center for Advanced Medicine Grab and Go: Center for Advanced Medicine Building, Main Lobby, offers hot and cold beverages, soup, grab and go sandwiches and snacks. Hours: Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 2:00 pm.
• Icahn Lobby Cafe: Icahn Building, Main Lobby, serves shaker salads made to order and a daily main course. Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 2:00 pm.

The Mount Sinai Hospital Gift Shop

The Mount Sinai Gift Shop is located on the 7th Floor, East Atrium in the Guggenheim Pavilion at The Mount Sinai Hospital.

Operated by Lori’s Gifts, the shop offers a wide variety of gifts including fresh flowers, balloons, greeting cards, stuffed animals, figurines, home décor items, candles and lotions, and jewelry. The shop also provides delivery services to the rooms of hospitalized patients at no additional charge.

Hospital patients also appreciate the selection of sleepwear such as bath robes, pajamas and slippers. Newborn presents and children’s amusements such as toys and coloring books are available, as well as an assortment of magazines, books, sundries, personal care items, and snacks.

The Gift Shop can prepare a gift basket designed to your exact specifications. Choose the specific merchandise you want or provide an overall theme such as “Get Well,” “Thinking of You,” or “New Baby.” Call the Gift Shop directly at (212) 241-4438 or visit us online  to order a beautiful fresh flower arrangement or silk plants. We also offer presents for new parents, including an assortment of baby items and hospital logo merchandise.

You can also access the Gift Shop online and have your purchase delivered directly to the patient’s room with no delivery charge. Orders are welcome 7 days a week, and no minimum purchase is necessary. The Gift Shop accepts Master Card, Visa, Discover, American Express, and cash.
