Patient Representatives

At The Mount Sinai Hospital, our patient representatives are here to assist you and your family with any questions, complaints, or concerns you may have regarding your health care or our services.

Patient representatives can also provide information regarding patients’ rights as well as hospital policies and procedures.

Our patient representatives are available Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5 pm and can be reached at 212-659-8990. Calls made at nights or over the weekend will be referred to a nurse administrator. The Mount Sinai Health System has patient representative offices at each of the main hospital campuses. ​​
