Financial Services
Our financial services team is dedicated to helping you finance your medical care. Our team can help you determine your insurance coverage, eligibility, and benefits. If you have insurance, a financial services representative will notify your insurance company and obtain treatment authorization. If you do not have insurance, our team will investigate ways for you to make affordable payments through programs such as Medicaid and Charity Care.

You can request your records from any hospitalization, surgery, clinic visit, or trip to the emergency room at The Mount Sinai Hospital through our medical records office.

Access MyChart
