Beth Yagoda

Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer,
Mount Sinai Health System

Beth Yagoda, MBA, is the Chief Administrative Officer for the Mount Sinai Health System. In this role, Ms. Yagoda leads a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement to drive employee engagement, expense reduction, and productivity through a unified system approach and creativity. Ms. Yagoda leverages technology and data to streamline workflows, optimize resource allocation, reduce operational costs, and measure results, improvements, and successes through key performance metrics.

Ms. Yagoda works to elevate, establish, and navigate a network of relationships with Health System leadership and towards seamless enterprise integration around the mission and vision of the Health System. She participates in board meetings and contributes to the organization’s mission and strategic planning goals. Ms. Yagoda represents Mount Sinai in local and national organizations and fosters mutually beneficial relationships with community partners and physician members.

Ms. Yagoda manages Human Resources, the Contract Review Office, and the Real Estate Office. In collaboration with Human Resources, she works to recruit, develop, retain, and enhance employee engagement and foster a culture of cooperation and enthusiasm. Ms. Yagoda also helps recruit and retain high-quality faculty and executives. Her responsibilities for these Departments include managing budgets, hiring, contracting, and business negotiations.

Ms. Yagoda previously served as the Vice Chair of Administration for the Department of Emergency Medicine at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, providing leadership and management oversight for operations, financial performance, and program growth. She also worked closely with physician leadership to set strategic and quality priorities.

Ms. Yagoda earned her Master of Business Administration from Florida International University.
