"ISMMS Med Students Branch Out"
Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai is expanding its Academic Partnerships to technology companies.
The Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai is building partnerships with Google, IBM and other technology companies in a move to offer medical students an entree into nontraditional career paths. He said he would be interested in partnerships with organizations as diverse as the Metropolitan Museum of Art or the United Nations. Immersion in different professional realms, he added, could benefit students who ultimately pursue clinical work. Read more [Subscription required].
