"Fred Lublin Receives the 2019 June Halper Lifetime Achievement Award at Consortium of Multiple Sclerosis Centers 33rd Annual Meeting"
Fred Lublin, MD, professor of neurology at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai is the well-deserved recipient of the 2019 June Halper Lifetime Achievement Award from the Consortium of Multiple Sclerosis Centers. As the invited speaker for the Presidential Lecture on Thursday, May 30, Dr. Lublin received the surprise announcement from CMSC President Michael Racke and Education Committee Co-chair Corey Ford. Dr. Lublin's response was characteristically humble. "I am extremely honored to receive this award. I've always been impressed with the people who have preceded me, so I'm very proud to be included as part of that group."
