"Technology Helping Runners Reach Their Peak Ahead Of NYC Marathon" - John Dias
When you’re preparing for the New York City marathon, you have to stay dedicated and push through. Now, Mount Sinai Union Square has opened up their performance 360 program to the public, in order to help everyday individuals train. “Normally these services are reserved for elite athletes,” said Alex Bunt, PTR, PCC, PACC exercise psychologist at Mount Sinai Union Square. “We’re able to identify subtle weaknesses, that if corrected can prevent injuries,” said Mariam Zakhary, Do, assistant professor of rehabilitation medicine and human performance.
