CarepathRx Announces Home Infusion Partnership with Mount Sinai Health System
CarepathRx, a leader in health system pharmacy and medication management solutions, today announced a comprehensive home infusion pharmacy partnership with Mount Sinai Health System, New York City’s largest academic health system. This multi-year agreement will expand patient access to home infusion therapies across the Mount Sinai Health System, encompassing its eight hospitals and ambulatory footprint.
