Tackling Addiction Together

This monthly lecture series for Mount Sinai staff covers the latest discoveries in the field, bridging the gap between clinical services and scientific research within the AIMS community.

Addiction Club

The purpose of the Addiction Club is to provide guidance, mentorship, and research opportunities to junior investigators and to promote a collaborative forum for senior mentors. Specifically, we:

  • Explore the latest scientific discoveries and how we can use them to improve patient care
  • Provide career development in academic addiction (and related fields)
  • Teach about state-of-the art research and clinical skills

The club focuses on those interested in pursuing an academic career in addiction, and is open to Mount Sinai residents, fellows (basic, translational, and clinical), students, and staff.

Forum: Zoom
Date: Third Thursday of each month
