We’re equally confident that your referring doctor will be pleased with our advanced testing capabilities and the reports produced by our experienced, board certified radiologists, who serve on the faculty at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai.
To ensure the ease of your experience, please review in advance how to prepare for your imaging procedure. We also recommend that you check with your doctor to see if any special preparation is needed.
Please arrive 15-30 minutes prior to your scheduled testing time. Remember to bring identification and your insurance card. We respect your privacy and will handle your medical records, films, and personal information confidentially and professionally. If there is any possibility that you may be pregnant, please inform our staff.

Request for Films
Patients can request copies of their films by completing a release form. Our medical records office will charge a non-refundable fee for the search and retrieval of films. Please mail the completed form, along with payment to:

The Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) establishes regulations for the use and disclosure of Protected Health Information (PHI), which is any information held by a covered entity concerning health status, provision of healthcare, or payment for healthcare that can be linked to an individual.
