An instructor of medicine in the division of endocrinology diabetes and bone disease at Mount Sinai, Dr. Barrie Weinstein specializes in the treatment of diabetes and its complications, as well as general endocrinology. Over 60 percent of the patients she treats at the Mount Sinai Diabetes Center have type 2 diabetes.
