Dianne Aroh
Dianne Aroh, MS, RN, NEA-BC, FACHE, is Senior Vice President and Chief Nursing Officer for The Mount Sinai Hospital and Mount Sinai Queens.
Ms. Aroh has more than two decades of award-winning leadership experience in health care, with a proven record of driving clinical excellence, operational performance, and innovative care models. A board certified nurse executive, she has led transformative changes that improve patient outcomes, increase operational efficiency, and foster a positive, engaging work environment for nursing teams.
Prior to joining Mount Sinai, Ms. Aroh served as Senior Vice President and Chief Nursing Officer at Virginia Mason Franciscan Health, where she oversaw nursing and patient care services across 11 hospitals and more than 300 care sites.
A lifelong advocate for education and professional development, Ms. Aroh is pursuing her Doctor of Education in Organizational Change and Leadership at the University of Southern California. She holds a Master of Science in Nursing Administration from Pace University and a Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from Villanova University.
