Full Day Comprehensive Health Assessment
The Full Day Comprehensive Health Assessment is only offered at The Mount Sinai Hospital located at 1190 Fifth Avenue and includes:
- Review of past medical, social, and family history
- Physical examination
- Laboratory analysis
- 12-lead electrocardiogram
- Exercise stress echocardiogram
- Carotid ultrasound
- Computerized tomography imaging of chest, abdomen, and pelvis
- Coronary artery calcium score testing
- Audiology evaluation
- Dermatology evaluation
- Nutritional counseling
- Summary meeting
The program concludes with a summary meeting with the senior physician. During this meeting, the preliminary results of all tests, images, and consults will be reviewed. A complete personal health assessment is provided, and the appropriate next steps and follow-up care are discussed. Based upon the recommendations, next steps may include referrals to our expansive network of specialists.
Results may also be shared with your personal physician upon request.

Additional screening services are provided at The Mount Sinai Hospital or other specialty offices, including:
- Gynecologic examination
- Mammography and breast ultrasound
- GI consultation and colonoscopy at our GI partners
- Ophthalmology at our eye partners
- Travel medicine
- Cancer genetic counseling
- Medical and functional fitness evaluation
