Half-Day Comprehensive Health Assessment
The Half-Day Program is available at both our locations at The Mount Sinai Hospital on the Upper East Side and Mount Sinai West on the Upper West Side. This comprehensive assessment includes:
- Review of past medical, social, and family history
- Physical examination
- Laboratory analysis
- 12-lead electrocardiogram
- Exercise stress echocardiogram
- Computerized tomography imaging of chest, abdomen, and pelvis
- Coronary artery calcium score testing
- Carotid ultrasound
- Summary meeting
The assessment concludes with a summary meeting with the senior physician to review the preliminary results of all tests, images, and consults performed to complete the personalized health assessment and advise on appropriate next steps or follow up care. Based upon the recommendations, next steps may include referrals to our expansive network of specialists.
Results may also be shared with your personal physician upon request.
