About Your Visit
To get started, a pre-evaluation questionnaire packet is emailed to all participants in the Comprehensive Health Program to provide our physician team with a baseline of your health history.
Preparing for Your Visit
To get ready for your exams and tests:
- Do not eat or drink after midnight
- No caffeine or supplements containing stimulants on the morning of the appointment
- Wear or bring comfortable clothes and footwear to walk on a treadmill
- Bring a jacket in case it is cold, and we need to walk outside for an additional service
- Prepare a list of any questions you may have for your doctor
Additional preparation instructions may be provided based on your individual health needs.
The Day of Your Visit
Once you arrive at Mount Sinai Fuster Heart Hospital, a Comprehensive Health Program Specialist will greet you and help you settle into our state-of-the-art executive lounge and escort you to your various appointments within the hospital campus.
