About Us
Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) involves the transmission of healthcare data between physically distant patients and healthcare providers to aid in clinical management and it has been shown to be a popular alternative to traditional in-person care. Co-creators Dr. Putrino and Dr. Kellner have a long history of researching and creating RPM programs to track symptom progression for different diseases, such as cystic fibrosis, hypertension, diabetes and stroke. Clinical Program Director Dr. Tosto is a physical therapist with a history in integrating technology into rehabilitation care, and Research Program Director Laura Tabacof, MD is a physiatrist with experience in clinical care and data analysis.
Together, the Precision Recovery team has published numerous research studies detailing different RPM models and their use in managing a variety of health conditions.
Through the Precision Recovery program, we connect patients with skilled clinicians who review symptom data and provide personalized recommendations on care.
