During the COVID-19 pandemic, we identified a critical need for daily symptom monitoring of patients who were showing signs and symptoms of COVID-19. The goal of our Precision Recovery COVID-19 program was to monitor patients with a confirmed or suspected COVID-19 diagnosis from the safety of their home. Enrolled patients completed daily symptom tracking via a smart device and participated in Zoom based patient follow-up visits with a licensed healthcare provider for symptom tracking and clinical evaluation. We have now transitioned patient-care to the condition management program.
